**General Notes**
Title	Description
How to Order	Use SSS software to size and validate model code. Then use the price book to price out the model code. Please be aware, there will be limited notes on the price book, due to the SSS software ability to validate model code.
How to build MS Code	Use SSS to validate model code. Specify the Model Number by choosing one code from each section, multiple codes can be chosen from the "Options" Section"
Documents	Must submit order with sizing sheet/CF inquiry number. Please see the website for the updated General Specifications and Instruction Manual.
Delivery	Consult published standard lead times. The quantity and options ordered may effect delivery. Consult the factory for specific delivery date.
Wetted Parts Material	When selecting the wetted parts material, carefully consider the characteristics of the process fluids that are used. Selecting inappropriate materials may cause corrosive process fluids to leak out, resulting in injury to personnel or damage to plant facilities. The instrument itself may also become damaged, causing fragments from damaged parts to contaminate your process fluids. Be very careful with highly corrosive process fluids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hypochlorite, and high-temperature steam (+150°C or more). Contact Yokogawa for detailed information about the wetted parts.

1	For -KF2, -SF2, -FF1, -CF1, -PF2 and -UF2, the screw length is deeper than the ASME standard for 0.5 to 2 threads
2	The display is not available for the remote sensor
3	It is only possible to specify the code for either the Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Test Certificate (/T01) or Hydrostatic Test Certificate (/T02), and not both.
4	This cannot be combined with the analog input (Communication and input/output code: JB) When using this instrument for Safety Instrumented System (SIS) application, use it under the condition that the accuracy is within ±2%. Read "Accuracy Details".
