Note Id	Description
1	When FM (US) or FM (Canada) is specified, the connecting port for window purge is 1/4 NPT. When ATEX, IECEx or TIIS is specified, the connecting port for window purge is Rc1/4.
2	When CO and CH4 coexist, please contact Yokogawa for application details.
3	The Option "/RC" can be used when CO analyzer is selected. When "-C3" or "-C4" of the Gas Parameter is selected, "/RC" must be specified.
4	The Option "/RX" can be used when O2 analyzer is selected. When "-X1" of the Gas Parameter is selected, "/RX" must be specified.
