Factory Calibration Report
Yokogawa generated Report of the performance test of a pressure transmitter or temperature transmitter.
Certificate of Conformance
Yokogawa issued certificate attesting to the product shipped complies with all Yokogawa drawings and specifications at the time of manufacture. Tag MUST be referenced at the time of order.
Certificate of Calibration / Conformance / NIST Traceability
Yokogawa generated Certificate of the performance test of a pressure transmitter or temperature transmitter and is reviewed by a Quality Engineer. It includes a statement of conformance and NIST Traceability statement.
Degrease Cleansing Certificate
Certifies the product shipped has been degreased. Does not include price for 02 cleaning.
NACE MR01-75 Conformance Statement
States that the wetted materials used in the construction of the transmitter conform to NACE material recommendations per MR01-75.
WARNING: Not all material combinations conform to NACE, review the individual transmitter price sheet to determine which material code are required.

Cost is determined by multiplying the list price of the unit by the percentages associated with the extended warranty. The extension is in addition to the standard warranty period and is only valid for product that remains in YCA service territory
